I am with you all on that one. I have lost A LOT of weight as well. I force my self to eat. Today was better than others. Worrying can really mess with your body. But the truth is, the more nutrients you get, the better it is for your body.

When I have a bad day, I will feel that way. I get nervous or something and feel full all of a sudden. Then that makes me nervous. I swear, it seems to be a never ending cycle!
Oh yes!!! I totally lose my appetite when I am totally stressed out.
i have lost 16 pds in almost 4 weeks from stress so yes very normal, trying to get back to eating , i feel sick at stomack every morning so i dont eat till around 5-6 afternoon. does not do my stomack any good. but am getting better stress i think is going away litlle more each day.
Yes that Is normal. I get like that every once in a while. I actually am like that today too. You're stomach gets to messed up from anxiety. Some people eat when they have anxiety others feel nausea or just not hungry. Hope things get better for you.
