Is this postpartum?

Ok where do I start I have a 2 1/2 month old baby girl & I breastfeed(not sure if this helps) I just started Celexa 10mg tonight will be my 5th night to take it.I feel like I should go get checked out.I have postpartum with my 1st child but I just had panic attacks.Nothing with my 2nd child & with my 3rd I have been having physical pain.I'm going to tell you all what I feel....please let me know if you all think this is just postpartum & not something else.P.S. I have had a chest x-ray I am fine,& I have had a CT Scan as well( anersums run in the family)

-chest pain can be sharp or a dull pain that just lasts left side close to middle
-heavy chested,thick like
-throat hurt on my left side kinda hard to swallow but it goes away & comes back,I can feel it when turning my head(I cough and into kleenex & it's clear, dry throat even with drink lots of water don't cough anything out)
-belching
-loose poops diarrea ish & still some normal poops
-burning stomach, numb, feel like I'll be sick but I don't get sick, stomach can bother me with chest & throat at the same time.
-left shoulder blade can hurt like a pinch with chest pain
-my left eyeball feels like it's twitching or that there is something inside can feel the right eye with something on the inside sometimes as well, sometimes they burn.
-my legs feel rubbery at times
-left forarm to hand felt numb & weak
-thought I felt vibration in my chest/heart area.
-get a warm feeling in stomach to uterus area that's only some times
-pinch like a small bug got me randoms spots of the body not all the time.
-random spots of pain I have got them in my stomach, arms legs & it's not all the time
-not sleeping well even though the baby sleeps through the night
-my head feels off at times
-gravely feeling in throat sometimes, bitter tase in mouth sometimes
-jumping jacks didn't help that made my body all numb weird like

I'm sure there is more symptoms....I write in a little book with anything that is bothering me.Is this just me worry about my body because of postpartum? I'm just neverous that it's something the doctors are underlining??? I'm I just a hypercondriac from the anxiety?

I joined just to tell you how much this post has helped me.I've made an ambulance call and two ER trips and have been getting frustrated with everyone telling me that what felt like a serious heart problems is just anxiety. I gave birth 2 months ago and I'm now on medication but still feel some pain so I'm do happy to know I'm not alone. I know this is an old post but I'm happy I found it! Sorry if I ended up double posting

i want to thank you for making me finally stop crying. i feel so guilty and lonely. no joy whatsoever, just freaking out. i agree with what you said about the anxiety pill. i have always been prescribed xanax. i am off them now because i was trying to continue breastfeeding. unfortunately my milk is going away and i dont kknow why. it makes me feel so worthless

I'm 100% fine now.My daughter just turned 3 back on July.6th.They grow up so fast. There is  happy ending.I took the celexa until Aly was just over a year old and then I whined myself ff with Doctors help.I felt back then that I was always going to have postpartum and if you know me I'm a very happy person, but with the postpartum I was a mess,I basically turned into a hypochondria....I swear my symptoms made me feel like I was dying of cancer, blood clots, aids anything that could kill,I thought I had the symptoms to it.The Internet was not good at this time for me because I would look up say throat cancer and I would start to feel like I had some of those symptoms. With my 1st daughter I had just panic attacks....I would have rather had that over the physical symptoms I got with my 3rd daughter.Postpartum is a scary thing I don't wish it upon anyone.I guess really lucky to have such a supportive husband. My suggestion to you is if this is your 1st child.Sleep whenever baby sleeps don't worry about how clean the house needs to be.I think for the most part the lack of sleep that a baby brings it what did it.There are day's where we are very active outside all day then late night getting to bed and the way I start to feel is kinda how it was with the postpartum,I find with a good nights sleep I'm fine.I haven't had postpartum in about 2 years or a little over.I also suggest that you stay on an anxiety pill/pills until a bit over a year as you can get postpartum up to a year after baby is born. Will my 1st daughter I started having panic attacks when she was 9 months old,I took medicine until I found out I was pregnant with daughter #2.They are 2 years & a 1 1/2 apart.I think I took anxiety pills with my 2nd daughter as well but I don't recall having postpartum at all or maybe not as bad.My 2nd daughter and my 3rd daughter are only 17 1/2 months apart.I probably stopped taking anxiety pills when I found out I was pregnant r maybe off them earlier I can't remember. With Aly she was 2 1/2 months old before I started anxiety pills.I should have started when she was born. Now if you plan to have more then 1 child don't base it on postpartum because you may never get it again. For me personally if I were to have more kids I would find out if I could take an anxiety pill while pregnant because it takes about 4-6 weeks to really build up in your system.Or as soon as I pushed out the baby I'd start.Sorry this is probably all over I'm trying to cover everything that i can remember.Write everything down,I felt much better writing things down.I felt worse at night so if I couldn't sleep, and I had to be by my husband or I would have went on the couch...but I just needed to be by him so I had a 2-3 pens my note book and a flashlight on my night stand.I hope this helps and it does get better...oh another thing I found a website that showed a lot of anxiety symptms I printed off a few copys and would cross off all the ones I felt.

this realy sounds as if your way over stressed..that may lead you to postrem..but your experiencing the anxtys that come with this part of you life and the child's as well..like your in a full blown panic attack..these sytoms  are that of unrolled anxitys...the rubber legs, throat, tummy,  this is the anxtys taking over..the deep brething from the deep part of the lungs will help the oxygen get to the areas  that require this..then try the jummping jacks..always deep breth ..also deppreshion is a  start of anxtys.....im bipolar and gad..and panic..im on xanax..the pdoc never said \just take when i neded them..not addicted  16 yrs worth.......stop thinking so much....when your more relaxed do the brething ..take a deep breth in for 8 seconds hold it 6 sec let it out slowly 8 sec...do this  12 times and 3 times aday..this will level the o2 in ur body..

when we get stressed out we seem to shallow breth tghis causes the o2 to be deprived to were it needs  to be at,...if you do this like i say and stop thinking the worst  of everything this will diminish.......anxtys  are a symptom only there bnot a illness  neither is panic...deppreshion is a illness but has and will cause  sevre panic agoraphobia sevre g.a.d........be good..

Hmmm... most of these sound like anxiety... and with one symptom comes worry... and worry = another symptom... and so on and so on...

-chest pain  **def. can be anxiety, no doubt, especially after getting an x-ray and a clean bill from the Dr.**

-heavy chested **def. anxiety as well, again, especially after getting an x-ray and a clean bill from the Dr.**

-throat hurt (coughing) **could be GERD, or acid reflux... I get this too... and I always seem to get neck strains and pains, in the front of my neck too...**

-belching **again, could be GERD, or acid reflux. When you have anxiety, it can throw your digestion track off... I have the same problems. **

-loose poops diarrea ish & still some normal poops **Again, GERD, acid reflux... or just anxiety creating digestion problems like mild IBS. I am suffering from this... have been for 2 months now or more... it fluctuates between diarrhea/normal stools.

-burning stomach **again, acid in the stomach/acid reflux **

-left shoulder blade can hurt like a pinch with chest pain **anxiety can cause all sorts of weird aches/pains in the body.

-eyeball twitching **def. a symptom of anxiety/stress, my lower left eye used to twitch for weeks! especially when under lots of stress... or lack of sleep **

-rubbery legs **very common symptom of anxiety.**

-left forarm to hand felt numb & weak **body numbness/weakness.... common anxiety symptom. Very common.**

-thought I felt vibration in my chest/heart area. **not sure on this one, but prob. just you "thinking" too much about your symptoms, causing other symptoms. Again, the Dr. checked out your chest and said you are in good health. =)**

-get a warm feeling in stomach to uterus area that's only some times **not sure on this one. Probably just a sensation.**

-pinch like a small bug **not sure about this one, but anxiety can make your skin feel like its crawling, and cause weird skin sensations.**

-random spots of pain **common with anxiety/depression**

-not sleeping well ** def. anxiety related.**

-my head feels off at times **anxiety for sure**

-gravely feeling in throat sometimes, bitter tase in mouth sometimes **I get this too, and its a mixture of mucous I think, and sinus... and acid reflux can cause foul tast in mouth. And I think I've heard you can get a metalic type taste too when having anxiety?**

-jumping jacks/body all numb weird like - **Common anxiety symptom**

I think over all, you are just spooking yourself out more and more. It's a vicious cycle of fear... I know how this is... It stinks. But you WILL OVER COME IT. =) I just know you will.

Give your medicine a little time to kick in. Mine took about 4.5 weeks to feel its effect. Just look foward to the holidays... you'll look back and say "wow! can't believe I ever felt like that!"

=)

Good luck to you, you will be fine. If you need to personal message me, feel free.

It sounds like anxiety to me I get most of your symptoms and I had a baby 4 years ago so I don't have postpartum. Does the chest pain scare you thats the only symptom I can't handle. Can I ask if your babies are healthy? I want to try for a second baby but I'm scared now that I have anxiety it will be bad for the baby.
