You'd read the exact same thing in so many posts. People who feel like they have a big lump in their throats. It is a common thing with anxiety. I am sure many others will write in this thread as well and say they once felt the same way. Or still do. It is one thing we read so often. The more you focus on it the worse it will become. Bit like you are giving it your full attention. If you took your mind off of it and onto something else you would forget all about it. Distraction. Works wonders.

Thanks for replying, but i don't really have a hard time breathing. I just feel like i can't swallow my spit it takes time to do it and it's a scary feeling, and my throat feels like it is clogging up on me, anf always feels like there is something stuck in it.

Can happen with anxiety. Depends on how hard you are trying to take in air. A lot of people with anxiety attacks would be gasping for air. The mouth dries. Swallowing can become a bit harder. So many symptoms for anxiety. We could write a book on symptoms alone and it would be bigger than a phone book.
