by bip, Jun 06, 2007 12:00AM
Ok I did alot of thinking last night I sorted everything out. I think it's a reason for something. I have to move that is a BIG reason why I have to move. My dog if my sister will not take it I know she has reasons why she wont but I have couple of customers at my work told me last night they will take her. So I have a back up. I get so upset for nothing and I shouldn't cause it's always a reason why for something. Now on Ill keep saying to myself this is happened cause it's a reason.  I say this now but who knows how Ill be tomorrow.  Im going to try to not to get this anxiety controll me WHY? It's a reason cause of my 2 boyz.  thanks for listening.

I think half of our problems is that we are always questioning everything instead of just letting things "be".  That is a great attitude to have!  I hope that you have a great day...and let it all "be".

Do you think Im just keep going on about this I try to let things B but I can't when something gets me upset I just keep hanging on.

I don't think any of us could let things just "be"...can you imagine how liberating that would be?  How great it would feel?  If for just one day to let it all be what it is without worrying about, thinking about it, trying to fix it or put it together or take it apart or change it....just letting it "BE"!!!!  !!! WOW!!!

"Let it be" by the Beatles always lifts my spirits!  If I find myself in a situation I can't contorl I tell myself, "let go, and let God".  Let go of it, and let God handle it for you.  I have trouble seeing the "reason" for things sometimes, and it's usually only in hindsight that it tends to be clear.  Hope you all had a good day today!
