Just want it to go away!!!!!

My husbands friend had a heart attack at age 31...of course I called him he told me the whole story of how he was feeling and how after 3 days of the chest pain he finally went to the ER.  Well I'll be darned if the second I hung up the phone my chest did not start to hurt and has been ever since (this was 4 days ago).  He told me that his was caused by a spasm of the heart muscle....so of course I looked it up online and it said it was EXTREMELY rare.  But I am still having anxiety about it and thinking the same thing is happening to me.  I wish people would not tell me about medical stuff that happens to them because I start to freak myself out!!!!

I dont understand how one little story like like can cause all of my anxiety to come back...I want to run to the ER every five minutes.  My anxiety has been under control for about 6 months now so I am upset that I am going through this AGAIN!!!

Any advice on how to make this go away?  I tried the whole dont think about it thing and that does not work...I also tried the whole up my meds thing and so far that has not worked either....help!!!
