What is the natural remedy is it KAVA KAVA....?

Its like a sedative.....supposed to be like valium i heard?

What are your experiences with this?

Although the risk is probably really low, the FDA issued a warning that prolonged use of KAVA might be linked to liver failure. The herb has already be banned or restricted in other nations like Germany, France and The Netherlands. So if you drink and take daily medication that is hard on the liver (Tylenol, Xanax etc...) you shouldn't take Kava often.

Not something you would find on a shop shelf in Ireland. Can't say I ever heard of it until I read your post. But I look at Chinese people and their way of life. Most live long healthy lives. Why? No big secret. They exercise daily for a start. No matter what age they are. Plus religious beliefs. A good lot are Buddhists and don't fear death. So they wouldn't worry as much as a Westerner would. We always have too much on our minds. They don't. Happy with what they have. Which is very little. Plus they use herbal remedies when ill. So there must be something in what they use. I know Kava Kava is Hawain? But it is still a root extract. Yes I would do as much research into it as possible before I went near it. If on any other medication make sure it won't hamper your taken on the other medication. But various cultures have been using things for thousands of years. We are still only playing catch up.
