Keep getting in arguments with people, leaving me stressed and angry!

So for the second time in a week, I got into an argument with someone (usually over silly things), this time it was over sport. It happened on facebook, so I began to get really stressed out with how to reply to the comment. I felt "attacked" with all the comments, like it was personal. Couldn't understand why that person made the comment in the first place, as they support the same team. I don't know how to talk in these situations, I just get extremely angry and tense. I don't know what to say, or how to say it or the tone in which to say it. After all the comments I felt somewhat violated and if someone saw that they would certainly have a laugh at me. I'm trying really hard to deal with the anxiety that I have every single day, but its these very situations that make me anxious in the future, so my physiologist says.
Please help, any similar experiences and or solutions would be appreciated.

i can't relate, but it sounds like the littlest of things are setting you off. if you're seeing a doctor about this, my main form of advice would be to remain seeing him/her about these situations.
