Keeping an Anxiety Journal

by Leila V., Mar 24, 2007 12:00AM
I stumbled across this forum while searching for information about anxiety. I've read a lot of the old messages and I can totally relate to everything posted. I'm a 22 year-old hypochondriac who’s hesitant to try medication. About seven months ago, I decided to start an online journal in hopes of moderating my hypo attacks. It’s been very successful, and I would definitely recommend it. Granted I still have anxiety attacks and think I’m dying at least once a day, but that’s way down from about 20 daily deaths before the journal.  It’s easy and free to start a blog. Just type blogger into Google and the rest is self-explanatory.  If you want to see an example, feel free to stop my mine.
