Kind of worried

Went to a new Dr an internal medicine dr.. He saw me for over an hr and told me not to worry about ALS etc.. But he did throw me for a loop. He wants me to do a CT Scan on Monday to rule out Kidney cancer among others.. All of my blood work has been fine over the last year Kidney function test and Liver function test even the Insulin test was great. How worried should I be??? Any reply would be great thanks..

What made you see this doctor? This doesn't really make sense, what kind of "symptoms" are you having?
