Left Hand Tremor

Not sure if to post this here or on Neurology but here goes.  I have Health Anxiety and seem to go from symptom to the other.  I am currently on Floruxtine (sorry for bad spelling).

Over the last week I have noticed that my left hand shakes when I hold it out palms faced down.  My fingers twich.
My right hand is very still.  

When my hand is at rest it does shake/tremor at all.

I am so worried about it and think I may have PD or MS or something like that.

Maybe I Should go to the doctor as no has replied and that makes me more worried if that is possible!

I'm going through the exact same thing and I'm extremely worried...I wish I knew what was wrong. I've read other places that this could be signs of MS, Parkinson's, or simply anxiety. I think that if it doesn't stop I will run to a Doctor....
