Does anyone have any Anxiety calm down tips?

So..... update. Went to the docs. They said I hurt or pulled something in my leg/knee somehow and its going to take a couple weeks to heal..... this anxiety of mine is SOARING..... Cant stand it..... She prescribed Zoloft...small small dose.... but I don't remember... morning or nightly? UGH! I just want my body to feel good, so I can feel better! =)

When my anxiety level is up my body is shaking in general.I think its very comon sign of anxiety.There is also the expression ''I was so afraid that my legs was shaking''.If your legs shaken only when you get anxious then I think its logical.If you think that this happens even when you are relaxed and ok then maby see a doctor.But remember this,sometimes if you think that something its wrong you built up anxiety and your legs will shake not because of the original problem of the anxiety..but because you are thinking about it.Its like a rollercoster..it will make its cycle and start allover again.You will be afraid of the shakening and the shakening will continew because you are afraid.I have been there,I know.The best way to deal wirth this is to go to see a doctor and hear from his mouth that you are ok.Nothing else will give you peace if you don't stop thinking about it.Good luck. :)
