Lexapro Users

Just started Lexapro on April 16th, is it too soon to notice any changes at all, I also stopped ZOloft a few days before that. I seem to be having more panic attacks and more anxious moments the past few days. And also more headaches, I am guessing this all normal but would like to hear from other people and how it was for them? My problem is I start a new med and I want it to work now not later I then get frustrated and want a different med, I know they all take time but I just want to feel like I did last summer!!

Give it time. I was the same way when I started, but have now been on it for almost 6 months. I have crazy side effects in the beginning like dizziness, dry mouth, etc. It does get better, but it doesn't happen overnight. If you want to talk, message me. Hang in there :)

I had only been on Zoloft for around 2 weeks total and had just started taking 100 mg of zoloft the day before I switched over to the Lexapro!!

Did you taper slowly off Zoloft until withdrawals were not an issue, or did you stop it cold turkey?
