Lexapro to Paxil CR

I took a 10 mg of Lexapro on Monday and went to the doctor on Thursday and she prescribed Paxil CR for me and I was wondering if it would be okay if I go ahead and start the Paxil CR or should I wait until 14 days to start the Paxil CR I am asking people who have taken these too drugs and help will be appreciated.

I haven't been in your situation...However, if you only took it one day, there shouldn't be a problem just switching over...however, you should call your doctor and ask this question.

i took paxil and its great i would just start taking it i think it will be fine since you only took it for one day i would go ahead
