Does any body out their feel light headed most of the day? Some days feel better than others . It seems that I will have a good day and then all of a sudden the light headedness comes back?
I would like to here from any one else with these symptoms?
Andy= this could be a vast aray of conditions please rule out anything physical before thinking its anxiety( It could be) . you need a cbc, and a eeg. You could be vitamin deficiant, have an electrolite problem or it could be neurological just to name a few so please go see you doctor asap, he /she will refer you if futher help is needed, also are you using any drugs, meds or alcohol? even too much caffine can lead to lightheadedness. too much sleep and not enough sleep can do the same, please go get a through check up, one more thing they will likely do is a ekg.
