Like living in a prison!

Through out the years I have noticed that not only am i not having fun anymore, but that I have changed.. i am not the fun loving care free person I once was.. I miss doing things without worry, I miss me!! and the only thing I have to thank for taking away my life is anxiety..

So today I make a stand, no matter how fast my heart beats or how shaky I get no matter how much i think about dying.. I am gonna start living a life that is worth living..

Honestly it wasn't until I got to where you are right now that I was able to find some sort of control over my anxiety. I had to get mad at it. And once I let myself be mad at it, it no longer scared me, just pissed me off lol
And then eventually it became less and less a part of my life.

Keep up this thinking! You CAN do it!
