Liquid vs. Pill?

by Anastacia33, Mar 19, 2009 09:45PM
My 8 yr old son has been on prozac liquid for the last 4 yrs due to anxiety disorder.  Now that he is older and can swallow pills, we have tried switching him.  However, the pill doesn't seem to be as effective?  Does the body absorb liquid better than the pill, or ultimately due they both have the same end results?

Your Son could be going through what allot of people have, that being the Prozac "dudding" out.
Why not try to taper him off the Prozac and see how he does without all these dangerous meds?
