Low Blood Pressure or Panic

During the last 5 weeks, I have experienced symptoms of dizziness and very slight vertigo when on my feet moving.  I have NOT reached the point of fainting, just occasional dizzy sensations and very minor movement sensations. The sensations have set Anxiety/Panic attacks in motion because they are strange and scary.  These events have sent me to the ER twice with the only answers given that it is stress/anxiety. I have seen my Internal MD 3 times, my psychiatrist 3 times, a ENT nurse practitioner, and an actual ENT. 4 Weeks before all of this I had an visit with my Cardiologist.
The following tests have been given in the last 9 weeks with clean results except where noted.
Cardiology Nuclear Stress Test-Passed
Vertigo tests, BPPV - Passed (Nothing)
Annual Blood Lab Test - No Diabetes, Hemoglobin fine, Cholesterol 140 overall, glucose levels fine.
CT scan at ER, Reviewed by numerous Dr's - No Stroke, No Tumors, No arteries Blocked,
Xray of Neck - no cervical spondylosis change from prior years
Ears are clean, Nasal is clean except for a virus, Throat has recurrent reflux (Nexium covered)
Checked for Addisons, Parkinsons,
I have usually great BP  Avg. 112/65 to 125/75.  On a recent visit to the Dr, I made them take a Sitting and Standing check of my Blood Pressure and the difference from Sitting to Standing was a 20 point drop. We repeated it to verify the findings.  The determination was Orthostatic Hypotension/Low Blood Pressure. Further findings was Dehydration partially causing the Low BP.
Now the Sequence of Events Leading to today.
7 weeks ago I was offered a Hot Tub from a friend, the only drawback was I had to move it right away.  To put it on my property required a deck (that needed to be built) and set up before the snow/cold arrived.  I managed to do this and get the tub operating.  At this point the events began, prior to this I had no issues with my health.
What we have determined is that the Hot Tub temp was set so that I dehydrated in the tub when in use. I should mention that I have no hair on my head and that I didn't cover it when in the tub.  Upon exiting the tub I noticed immediately that I had very lightheadedness that disappeared after a few moments.  This continued each time until I realized dehydration was a culpret to the issue.
Ok this has gotten long but to wrap it up, with all the tests given and all results clean except that I have low BP, I have Panic disorder still interrupting me because of the strange sensation of dizzy/lightheaded/motion that still seems to be around.  My panic symptoms that I know are panic is tension, heart palpitations, fatigue, edginess, trembling.  Each time a clean dr visit is given, I feel great for about 5-6 hours, then a surge of the anxiety adrenaline hits and I fall back to worry again.
My big question is this, I know most of the symptoms of Panic but one that elludes me is the one on Dizziness/lightheadedness.  I need to know if panic can make the head actually feel like its slightly, very slightly moving like vertigo.  I also notice that my head being without hair seems to get hot/cold sensations that never occurred before this.
Medications that I am on, Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C, B-complex, Lipitor, Lexapro, Nexium, and Xanax when needed.
I am aware that the Lexapro and Xanax can make one light headed

I started med's years ago once i was diagnosed with Anxiety. My symptoms prevented me from working and I also developed agraphopia (fear) of leaving the house. Was on Zoloft and Xanax to start. Only took xanax for two weeks and Zoloft for two years, due to pregancy..I had to wean off. Zoloft worked well for my symptoms which were: Feeling Faint, heart palps, hot flashes, nervousness, weakness, blurred vision, sleeplesness, etc...if someone said boo to me, i would jump out of my skin. It took 4mos and a stay in the hospital before a neurologist diagnosed me. I was fine once i weaned off of the med's, however i had to have a Thyroidectomy due to thyroid issues and not too long after is when the anxiety/panic attacks returned and i am currently on those same med's. Med's should be the last option unless this condition is affecting your lifestyle.

I was off all anxiety meds for the past 2 years.  I started them up only since this began.
As for the Thyroid possibility, that was last checked around 7 years ago.  I shall set an appointment to have that looked at.  I am not sure if my last lab test looked at that.

As a side note in regards to the meds.  I have been using the Xanax lately because the Lexapro doesn't quite mellow me out like it once did.  That or I am more anxious than I was when I last used it.  Anyway, I only use a half tablet  of the Xanax each time I take it,  What I dont care for is that as soon as it wears off, I can feel the push of adrenaline in the system when a symptom occurs.  I don't care for the idea of using that for too long or too much. Not sure why but I dont.

I have recently (2 weeks ago) had an eye exam and the vision has actually improved itself but only slightly.

Dizzyness can be caused by many illnesses including Anxiety/Panic Attacks. How long have you been taking the anxiety meds?? I also noticed that there was not a test for possible "Thyroid" issues, I suggest that you request them. You may also google "hypothyroid and hyperthyroid checklist to determine whether this may be a culprit. Many people will have thyroid issues unknowingly. If this comes back clear, Anxiety is probably the cause of your issues. If the medication is not helping with the symptoms, you may want to consider changing med's to see if it helps.

Yes...anxiety/panic can most definitely do that to you...along with the low blood pressure. The hot tub is not helping that either.
And you're right about the meds...they CAN do that to you as well.

I don't see you having mentioned anything about getting your eyes examined.
Certain eye conditions can make you dizzy too.
