Has anyone tried it?Does it work?
I had a bad experience with the people who answer the phones for this program. They talked so sincerely to me and assured me they were there to help. They really seemed genuine. Then the told me about the hundreds of dollars this program costs and I got really depressed. I can't work due to my anxiety issues and it's like they dangled a carrot in front of my nose then yanked it away. I've never gone back to them.
I used it and it was a very helpful alternative to an actual program.I still use the cds from time t tim as a "refresher"
I have not tried it but sioeone else on MedHelp has told me about it and that it has worked really well for her.
I have the program and it's the best thing that has ever happened to me. It taught me so much. If you are willing to make a change in your life, then you will see results! Worked for me :)
