Lump in the throat feeling

by Cheri21157, Apr 12, 2009 02:14PM
Does anyone suffer from the tight or lump in the throat feelings for days or weeks? I have had it for a week now ( I also have like a plugged ear feeling) and can't seem to get rid of it. In Jan I did have a endoscopy test done that just showed stomach irritation. I am wondering if mine is due to stress and axiety and because I have not been feeling well and I constantly worry i have some dreaded disease. I wonder if something like lexapro would help me. I do take xanax when a anxiety takes over me and I can't seem to calm down on my own.
