Anxiety can definitely manifest into physical symptoms & that's what makes it scary. Have you thought about seeing a therapist to talk to? just to ease the stress? it could help

Hi. I'm not a medical professional like others in the forum like nursegirl6572 who's awesome at answering questions but I can offer some knowledge I have directly from my doctor. I too suffer from anxiety as well as OCD & know what a toll it can take.
Swollen lymph nodes can occur for several reasons besides sickness like seasonal allergies or minor infections that your body fights. Also, anxiety can cause physical symptoms that contribute to what you may believe is going on as well.
Take a deep breath & try to listen to your body & not your mind. Trust me, I know that's easy said then done, Tell your mind to hush because you need to listen to what your body says & then looks for these signs: swollen lymph nodes for more than two weeks, persistent fever, night sweats or unexplained weight loss, sore throat, difficulty swallowing or breathing. If any of these occur for more then 2 weeks then go see your medical doctor and tell him/her what is going on & that the condition is making you anxious as well.
