Lymph nodes trouble swallowing help?!

I have health anxiety and I've had checks on my heart and stuff because of my fast Bpm, but for the last month or two I've had difficulty swallowing and some face pressure and a feeling of sort of plugged ears, but the last two weeks I've had really bad head pressure and notices I had swollen lymph nodes on my neck and some just under my jaw like near my ear all on my right side, I took a really bad head pressure head ache one day and my doctor sent me to a&e it was so sore I've never felt anything like this in my life, I got a ct scan and bloodwork done all were perfectly clear, but I'm still having trouble swallowing sometimes and pressure in sort of my neck and when the head ache comes it feels as though I'm being choked and all the blood is rushing to my head and the lymph nodes are still swollen and getting a little sore but I don't know if it's cause I'm still checking them all the time, should I be worried even though I had clear blood and ct scan, I'm so scared this is something serious it's ruining my life I can't do anything because I think something bad is gonna happen :((

Yes! At least I would think that  a CT Scan would show if it was cancer, tumor, or anything like that! Even if your sinus/throat are clear, the lymph nodes can take a while to go back to normal size!
Do you know if your blood work was tested for thyroid?!? If it was, and came back normal, one less thing to worry!
The fact you are loosing sleep over this and paying attention to the symptoms, makes you feel more things than your body is really showing! Our minds are amazing on playing this tricks on us!
Call your doctor, read the exams again, that might easy our mind a little!
God bless you!

Would the ct scan and blood work rule out things like cancer though? I'm really worried about that can't sleep at night because of it

It sounds like you are having a sinus infection! You might need antibiotics to help you fight the infection. My 11 year old is going tru this problem, she is on her second round of antibiotics and her doctor said it can take up to 8-10 weeks for the lymphs to go back to normal! I know telling you not to worry doesn't work! Our health anxiety takes over! I know! But try to relax! Sinus infection can make your lymph nodes swell!
God bless you! And keep us posted!
