For everyone with Anxiety,
Did Lucinda Bassett's program work for anyone who has been thru it?

Let me know because I have the program but haven't started it.

Take a deep breath. The only thing that "works" is your brain. If Bassett's program kick-starts your brain, then fine. Every now and then, someone asks the "Have you ever tried...? question, so here is a link to my journal entry that will tell you all about it:

Hmmm....this looks very interesting. Took the test and said I could go from 57 to 19 (not sure what that means either). I'll look into it a bit more but i reckon it's worth a shot.

Hey,
I've had the program for years. I just cant get into it. So I don't know if it actually works. Maybe we should start it together from scratch and see if it really does work. I don't know if you would need that extra push, but I might. SO what do you say? Do you wanna start some sort of support system for each other?
Just kind of curious to see if it really works, its just been there collecting dust, and I've never actually spoken with anybody that ordered it.

You got me curious, so I looked it up on the Internet and took the assessment...it said I was unaffected in most categories, but gave me an overall score of 12 and said the program would give me a score of 4. Not sure exactly what those numbers mean or how they compare to anyone else. If you decide to start it, let me know how it works for you.

You must of thought it was going to have some benefit when you purchased it, so you should get to it.

I personally prefer one on one treat for either physical or emotional issues.
