You can plead any way you see fit. The cops have your BAC measurement, and if it is at or above the legal limit for the state of Florida, you're screwed.
Some of the drugs you take inhibit Cytochrome P-450 (a liver enzyme), and thus, may prolong the elimination of alcohol from your system, as alcohol is metabolized by the liver. The drugs themselves do not increase the blood alcohol concentration - they only prolong the elimination of alcohol from the system. So, you can't use the drugs as an excuse. You drank, you drove, you got caught, and you're busted.
A DUI involving numerous substances is even worse, and you may be charged with driving under the influence of both alcohol and drugs - prescribed or not.
