Medhelp Contact is DOWN

For the time being, Medhelp's contact feature does not operate. If you use it, you will get an error message page when you click to send them a message.

The organization is currently making general changes to their web site both as to appearance and functionality, so please do not try to adjust your computer -the problem is on THEIR end, not yours.

Also, if you go to post a question, it may appear that the post does not work -and you therefore may click several times to get the post on the forum -and you will see your post several times if you do.

No, I do not work with Medhelp. I am, however, familiar with web site development and operation and can quickly tell what's going on after "exercising" the web site a little bit and inspecting the code that generates the material you see on the screen. If you'd like to take a peek at it, click View on your toolbar, then click Source which will dump the HTML code into Notepad (I assume you have a PC -not a Mac). It will probably mean nothing to you, but after you've had a look, you can just "X" out of Notepad. This has no impact whatsoever on the website itself.

The Medhelp folks (whoever they are) are doing a good thing, I believe, but do stumble quite a bit when making changes, upgrades, etc.

I am not a mental health professional, but I AM a former panic victim, from age 5 to age 50 (I'm now 59) and well know the excruciating agony most people here deal with everyday. I do hope the fact that I had it -and came though it- will be of some help to these good people.
