Medication help

I have been suffering from anxiety probably all of my life but it finally came to a head with full blown panic attacks about 5 years ago (prior to getting married).

I have been on an off different medication sometimes not being on any medication.  I had a baby 8 months ago and had a very difficult pregnancy dealing with anxiety and depression.  I took medication during it but was afraid every day of the effects of the medication.  Once I had the baby I was like I'm going to tackle this problem once an for all.

My major problem is anxiety, next is restless and agitated sleep, next is depression and maybe a little OCD.

I'm currently taking:

20 mg Celexa
45 mg Buspar
4 mg Klonopin
100 mg Trazodone (at night)
10 mg Ambien (at night)

Let's see did I forget anything?

I have been working out a lot and eating healthy but still holding on to 20 pounds of prepregnancy weight.  This is so annoying.  I'm wondering if it is from my medication.  I'm wondering if just taking Klonopin during the day and maybe trying Restoril at night would be good.  I don't know, I feel like I just want to be relaxed, enjoy my baby, enjoy my body, and sleep well.

Any thoughts from people on differents meds would be helpful.

Used to take Paxil, but had a horrid experience coming off of it.  Never recovered.  But honestly, the name just came because there was no number that would work with my first name and that just popped out.  And yes, it causes weight gain.  All ssris can cause weight gain.  Doesn't mean they will, but they all have that as one of the most common side effects.

The starting dose for klonoping is either .5 or 1mg twice a day.  Not 4mg.  That's too high.  But as for which to drop, I think you need a better psychiatrist who will listen to you.  You should have never been put on so many drugs, and you'll just eventually get used to the sleep medication.  Besides which they're hard to quit.  Have you ever tried melatonin?  It resets the body clock, though that might not be your problem.  Celexa might be hard to drop, too, so take it slow, but I don't think with all you're taking the buspar is adding anything.  Most psychiatrists tell me it's a placebo except the quacks.  Klonopin is better, but at a lower dose.  But it's not for sleep, just anxiety.  Therapy is best for sleep, and less habit forming remedies.

I know I'm overmedicated.  I don't know what to drop.  My main issue is anxiety and sleep.  I know Buspar helps with the anxiety but it only helps when using another SSRI.  I would like to drop the Celexa because of the weight gain and then maybe drop the Buspar.  I basically need something to relax me during the day and knock my butt out to sleep.

Honestly, I just switched to the Klonopin.  I was taking 4 mg Xanax.  I could pop 1 mg of Xanax sometimes 2 and totally function.

By your nickname, I'm guessing you take Paxil?  What is that like?  Does it cause weight gain?

Oh, and your dosage of klonopin is pretty high.  You may need it that high, but just saying.  I think you're overmedicated.

Drop the buspar, it doesn't do anything.  Why trazodone and ambien?  And Celexa usually causes weight gain.
