Morning anxiety

On zoloft about 1week, still waking up anxious and sick to my stomach. When will it end. So frustrated.

I've already answered those questions for you several times....go back and reread the answers.  You're just repeating yourself, looking for reassurance, which is understandable...but it goes back to that helping yourself thing.

No one said it is easy, it's not.  But, you have to try, and keep trying.  Doing something one time isn't going to yield any results.  

If anything, if you put some work in now, it will help pass the time until you see if the Zoloft is going to be effective.

I am trying but it's not so not  to think about I tried to go back to school this semester, but looking at the first weeks assignment I became very stresses. I guess even though I want to back I don't think I can.

SSRI tend to take about 2-4 weeks to build up proper levels in your system.  When i took lexapro it took me about 2 and a half weeks to feel less fatigue.

You've got to start helping yourself, rather than spending every waking moment thinking about how anxious you are and how bad you feel.  You're not doing yourself any favors.

You asked in another thread of yours yesterday (the one where you were talking about your therapist's recommendations) if anyone has any suggestions.....have you even attempted to do any of the MANY things I recommended?  Books?  Distraction?  Going for a walk?  Go back and read your prior posts, and my replies.  Start there.....there are SO many things you could be doing.  Not only will these things get you moving in the right direction....but they will get you out of your head for a short time, and it will help to pass the time while you're waiting to see how the Zoloft is going to work.

Time to "bleep" or get off the pot, you know?  There's nothing more anyone can say to you that hasn't already been said (a few times).  Ball is in YOUR court dear.  You're either going to get tough and start pushing yourself, or you're not.
