Muscle Stiffness/Weakness?

If a person with a history of social anxiety/depression worries about having a disease altho they haven't been diagnosed..  can this create joint stiffness in the hands and especially knees as well as general weakness? My legs have been shaky for days now without letting up.. altho at times I've been very relaxed.

I know that from my anxiety I do get weakness at times, especially after a bad bout of it.  I also have had  body aches due to it.  Remember the cymbalta commercial?  It says that it does effect you physically also.  I, however, would get checked anyway just to make sure.
