My heart has been acting strangely

Ive never had anything quite like this happen to me before. I was fine and having a good time one day and all of a sudden my heart jolted really hard like a heart palpitation (which i get every once and a while) except for harder, like a kick to my chest/grinding almost, which caused me to have a panic attack, i had never had a pa nic attack before so im taking everyones word for it that that is what happened to me. My heart was beating really fast 127bpm  158/110 Sys/Dia.  I thought i was Dying tahts how scared i was. Ever since then ive been feeling little flutters like that and then the occasional Jolt that makes me freak the hell out.  Whats going on with me? is it all really just anxiety?

It really could be anxiety, though it's best to get it checked out to be sure. My heart gets like that too (from anxiety and too much caffeine).
