Panic attacks can occur at any time in my opinion and can include a myriad of symptoms.  Have you told your doctor about this?  Quite often they can rule out any other causes for this and may be able to refer you to a therapist to get a handle on this.  In my opinion, finding out the source of your anxiety is a good way to confront it and deal with it...keep us posted!
