Nail Biting and Anxiety

by hitman60, Aug 11, 2008 05:04AM
I am now psychotropic medication free.....Took my last dose of Klonopin ( completed a 3 month taper) on July 30th, and last dose of Prozac many months ago.   I am feeling pretty fine....minor normal anxiety, and stress, and enjoying life. But I am still biting my nails, but strangely since I have stopped taking any medication, I am really wanting to stop this nasty lifelong habit....I bite them till they are sore!
Is there any product out there that really works for adult nail biting.. Love to hear some success stories. Or are there any tips that really work? Hynotism?
thanks.
