Neck Tension/Pain Won't Go Away...

I seem to be full of questions today...
For most of my life, I have had stress build up in my neck and upper back...whenever i would get overly stressed, the tension would build up there and then eventually causes headaches...but when I wuld eventually relax and calm down I would feel better...
Ever since these anxiety issues started a month ago, I have had this neck tightnes/pain EVERY DAY. It's uncomfortable, and distracting...I was thinking of taking something for it, but am afraid that it won't work or may have a strange interaction with the Celexa I am taking...
Any advice or help. once again, would be greatly appreciated...

Really believe me on this a chiropractor is your answer. If I did not go to one I would be crippled by a severe headache everyday. Good Luck :-)
