Nee Help

I am have to been to munerous doctors and have been to a pscych doctor.  Well the psych doctor told me I have depression with anxiety.  He pit me on 6 differnt medicines in a month, and one of the medications he gave me made me have muscle spasms.  Then he gave me other medication to get rid of that and then he blurred my vision.  I stopped taking the, and threw up for a week and a half straight.  Noe my regular doctor put me on Cymbalt 90 mg, it seems to help my depression, but I still have what they call "happy feet"  i can't wuit shaking so now I am at 1/2 mg of zanex in the morning and 1 mg at night to help me sleep, cause I have tried all the sleep medication out there it works for 2-3 days then stops working.  So i upped my xanex to take to three times a day, and I don't shke or snap on people, and I am afraid to go back to a phsch doctor cause he messed me up so bad last time.  So what do u think I should do, I alrady told my doctor I upped my dose and she said oh well u will run out of it fast, i just want to be normal and the xanex taken three times a day id normal I am only on 1 mg of that.  And i don't have any outbursts or snap at people like I used to I am startng to fell like a normal person..  So what do u think I should do?
