Need ADVICE on Medication

Hey Everyone....Just a question my Dr. put me on cymbalta 60mg and I have been taking it for 7 days and have noticed i'm calmer and I haven't had any panic attacks!!! But It makes me so sleepy throughout the day..I was wondering if anyone else is taking this med and what they experienced on it thanks so much.

I had to play with the timing of it. I'm currently on that dose as well. I found that if I took it at night, I ended up having to wake up early and go to the bathroom. It also made me sleepy during the day.

I started taking it in the morning but found I wasn't sleeping at night because of some of the side effects. This was counteracted by using trazodone 50mgs and the results have been remarkable for me. I'm no longer taking anything else to help me sleep as trazodone has taken care of that.

I'd suggest trying either morning or night for a week and seeing which one works for you (like one week on mornings, one week on nights) or maybe even taking it mid-day? I've never tried it mid-day because I'm terrified I'd forget it. lol
