Need an advice please

Hey guys, I am new to this forum so a brief introduction would be on order i guess. My name is Igor Pavlovic, I am 17 years old living in Netherlands (The Hague). Not sure if this is the right forum to pose this question but here goes :

Ok guys, I've suffered from an anxiety disorder for past three months. I was basically afraid of having an illness; cancer, hear attack etc. Now in this period i had quite a few panic attacks and i was generally feeling ****** both mentally and physically. Obviously I've been to several doctors in this period and all the results were good. Now in the past two weeks the anxiety is subsiding, I didn't have a panic attack for a week, but since yesterday i have this weird problem. After the dinner i started feeling nauseous and felt slight pressure in my chest + feeling cold. This lasted for several hours, I eventually went to sleep, when i woke up this morning i was feeling cold again. Today the nausea is coming and going, I feel kinda tired/drained and the feeling of being cold is as well present. Now my question is do you think that this is down to anxiety or perhaps a cold/flu or maybe something third ? As well I've got an tranquilizer (Tranxene) you think it would be safe to take it considering my current physical state ? Sorry for long post and thanks for your time :)
P.S Generally i felt ok during the day but now in the evening i am feeling ok for 10 min and then again nauseous and sick, had a good appetite today.

Hi, sounds like you've got a little bit of hypochondria.  Its actually pretty common.  Feeling nauseous is a huge symptom of anxiety.  My psychiatrist I go to says it is so common to be nauseous when you have anxiety because your stomach is directly linked to your brain.  You actually have brain cells in your stomach so when your mind freaks out (anxiety) so does your stomach (nausea).  Honestly, I am not 100% sure that being cold is a symptom of anxiety, but I know from myself that this happens to me a lot when I get anxious.  It comes in flashes though, I am not cold for long periods of time...i just get like flashes of cold.  Being tired makes sense for anxiety as well.  At least for me, when I get anxiety attacks, my body goes through so much stress that I just end up really fatuiged.  Although I am not a doctor and cannot be 100% sure, I really think that you are experiencing anxiety.  I dont know what Tranxene is, so maybe before you take it, call up a doctor and see what they say.  

In the meantime.,..some non chemical ways to treat anxiety is reading (to get your mind off things), painting, running or excersize in general is proven to really help, sounds weird but take a shower (always helps me), watch a movie, and for the nausia...chamomile pepperment tea works really well.  Ive only been to the netherlands once so I dont know what kind of stores they have, but any like grocery or drug store should have the tea.  I drink chamomile mint tea all the time cause I have horrible nausea.  Marijuana helps nausia too.  I dont know if your into that though...
