Okay so I have been having sleep issues. I can't seem to get to sleep at night. I will be super tired, but can't seem to get to sleep at night. But in the morning or during the day, I fall asleep fine. Almost like I sleep better when there's people up or comotion going on around me. Does anybody else have this same problem? M Any tips on how to relax or calm down at night so I can sleep?!
Hi there and welcome. So, what is going on when you can't fall asleep? Is your mind racing? Can't quiet it to relax? What do you do leading up to bed time? Are you sleeping during the day (which is known for throwing off night time sleep)?
Sleep disturbance is indeed a symptom associated with anxiety and depression. I myself have issues with sleep from time to time. I can fall asleep easily but then wake during the night and can't go back to sleep. I have found a pattern related to my hormonal changes related to my insomnia.
