Nervous About Upcoming Doctor Visit

I would appreciate some feedback.  I am visiting my G.P. tomorrow about some left, upper leg pain.  It is localized towards the front part of the leg.  The pain feels like dull aches.  It can sometimes be felt toward the side of the leg, sometimes deep inside the leg, sometimes toward the knee cap.  I am very nervous because I don't know what can be causing this vague pain.  I am 34 years old and overweight.  I am an educator and frequently stand in one position for good amounts of time.  When I do this, I tend to concentrate all of my weight on the leg that aches.  Although being overweight and poor posture can be causing these vague aches, i'm concerned it can be a bloot clot because my triglycerides tested high.  Because of a prior incident, I also show symptoms of PTSD which I thought were the blame of my leg aches.  I hope it's nothing serious, for this makes me worry.  Any comments are appreciated.
