I made a post earlier about being on 1 mgs b.i.d of Clonazepam per day for the past 11 years successfully until three weeks ago when I had some panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia breakthroughs where my doctor increased my dose to 1.25 mgs b.i.d. I was posting to see how to wean back down to my maintenance dose of 1 mg b.i.d since I was feeling better, but didn't hear back, so I started to wean back on my own slowly.
The problem is, now that I'm back up (it's been two days now) to where I was (2.5 mgs per day - 1.25 mgs b.i.d), I still have a lot of anxiety breaking through whereas, I didn't before the wean. Could this be because my steady-state plasma levels have to readjust again from the wean, or would it not take that long to get back to steady-state since it was only two days I did the wean? I'm hoping that is the reason as I am not comfortable going any higher than the dose I'm at now of 2.5 mgs per day.
