I am now on buspar. I am overcoming a 29 year old illness. I have hashimotos and am now hypothyroid. My thyroid gland is at its final stages of shrinking. My anxiety has sky rocketed. I have gad from all of this. General question, any of you tried this??? Any luck? I just started it today. I was told it takes time to work if I had to to take a xanax in breakthroughs. Thankyou! I have only taken xanax for a couple of weeks. I don't really see any effects from it, and can stop it anytime, unless I feel I cant calm down. Thanks for any advice.
