Feeling the floor moving underneath your feet?
like it's water or something.
It's weird, I feel this when I don't sleep well and now more often even when i get a full nights rest.
Yes I get this sometimes Hahj. When I'm walking it feels like the floor is moving. It happens a lot less now that I'm working on my anxiety and panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia, but it is definitely an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes I have to hold onto the wall.
Yep, me too, I hate it.The feeling is so surreal it scares ya. I always think I am going to faint but I never do. You will be ok though. Just hold on to something just in case. :)
