hi,

Dont need to panic I had panic attacks not realizing what they were from Ist grade to 11th then finally did some research. Noone believed me at first so I ignored it finally told my doc it was such a relief I thought i was going crazy. Ive been on meds and am doing well. ive switched meds a few times , its all about finding the right med, the right therapist, emergency stress meds, and finding what helps calm you down. It could be taking a walk, yoga, meditating, praying, listening to soft music. Its also important to have  some good friends or family to talk to. If your're overweight that could be stressing you out. im overweight also you would be surprised how much better  and less stressed I feel when I exercise and I burn calories too.
