Nightmares

Nightmares

Every morning i wake up very upset stomach and lightheaded. Also when i go to sleep my stomach starts to get upset. Been to the doctor and have had every test done under the sun from my head to my feet all came out normal. I was diagnosed with anxiety. I got sick once five months ago and from then on i can't get out of my head that i have some deadly disease that the doctors haven't discovered yet and i only have months to live i know i sound crazy. I think about it 24/7 to the point were i have nightmares at night and wake up sick every morning. So waking up sick every morning doesn't help the situation at all. My husband thinks the reason why i wake up lightheaded and upset stomach every morning is because at night when i sleep my mind is constantly thinking bad thoughts so i wake up sick. Can anxiety do this to  a person? I have been suffering with this for five months! Can anxiety last this long.  I was put on prozac about a month ago but i find that im thinking about the death and illness even more since i have been on the medication.  I thought this is an antidepresnt why is it making me more worried! Oh and im not sucidal. Can anxiety make someone physically sick for 5 months!

Hello boala004,

First of all, yes anxiety can cause you to be sick.  Furthermore prozac can further complicate matters.  I am a certified hypnotist who works with people to help them to relax.  I suggest that you see a hypnotheripost.

Please send me a message if you have any questions.  Steve
