OCD, Anxiety please help me about HIV

Had a negative test , it was a rapid test which required a finger p r i c k, and my worry or OCD has been killing me...

After the finger p r i c k, the counselor put a small bandage over the p r i c k, but i thought i would feel better if i washed my hands cause i touched the pens and stuff to fill out the forms in the local STD clinic...

So after washing my hands for 3 times carefully not to touch any faucets and stuff i washed my hands with soap as well... and when i was leaving out of the clinic i even tucked my hand under my shirt to open the door(twist door knob) with my left hand... after i left the bulding since the bandaid was wet i took it off, and i noticed it was still little bleeding, and i avoided to make any contact with p r i c k... but what if my hands were contaminated with hiv some how and since i removed my bandaid i some how got infected even though i washed my hands... and i dont i touched anything after i washed my hands, except the door knob even that with my shirt on top of my hand

Absolutely nothing that happened at the clinic put you at any risk for HIV. NOTHING.
And nothing that happened after you left the clinic put you at risk.
I don't know why you were getting tested, I don't know what your exposure risk was, so I can't, in all honesty, say you have NO RISK for HIV. I can say you have NO RISK from the clinic.

Are you getting any help for your OCD? If you have no insurance, call the DSHS and begin your search there for a therapist to help you. It is a very exhausting condition, but there is a lot of help and hope. Please give some thought to getting help for it. There is no reason you must continue to live with it.

I also advocate getting educated about HIV. Once you learn about this virus, a great deal of your anxiety concerning it will go away. In fact, if you had that knowledge, you wouldn't have had to write this post.
