OCD/ANXIETY/DEPRESSION/SENSITIVETY

Is it possible to get treated for OCD, anxiety, and depression without medication?  Also, I have trouble touching certain things, It actually hurts to touch these things, or hear certain noises.  I don't understand how it could be related to my OCD.  It feels like I have exposed nerve endings all over my skin and down to my bones.  I read that someone else had this problem after the use of drugs...and it started to happen to me when I stopped using drugs.  Could the use of drugs I did be a factor?

I have OCD and have the weird sensitivity that you mentioned. Every time I touch or hear something that bothers me I have to make my hands into a fist and apply pressure to the tips of my fingers. I've had this problem all my life though- I've never done any drugs. I've been on Zoloft for depression/OCD and even if my OCD improves, the sensitivity always persists. I will say this though, the sensitivity bothers me a lot more when I'm more stressed. Maybe your sensitivity is worse because of the stress that quitting drugs produces. In my case, no amount of medicine or therapy has helped my OCD sensitivity. Please let me know if you find a natural way!

Yes.  Therapy is how you treat this; meds don't cure, they mitigate the intensity of the pain.  If you feel you don't need meds, they aren't necessary.  There are also several natural modalities for treatment; the proper person to see about this is a naturopath or a psychiatrist who uses natural methods.  They're hard to find, but they do exist.  Good luck.
