Obsession disorder??

is a specific obsession an anxiety disorder. I've been obsessed with one event and all things related for 6 months now. Do I have a disorder or am I just obsessed and need to work past it. don't have the normal OCD. before 6 months ago, I wasn't like this.

Stange question I know. any advise appreciated.

I got prescribed xanax but I haven't filled it yet and don't think I'm gonna. I've heard it can be tough to get off of it, like you said before.

I don't really have trouble sleeping either, I'm just obsessed 24/7. thanks........ best of luck to you too!
