Oh boy, isn't anxiety fun?

I have been having anxiety attacks for about 8 years now.  I have had an ongoing sinus issue for 8 years, and have had extensive sinus surgery.  To my disappointment, the sinus surgery did nothing to improve my symptoms.  It seems that when I have my worst "sinus" days, this is what triggers anxiety attacks.  I find that very odd.  My chiropractor has found that my neck has some structural issues, and is saying that in your neck there are nerves that if pinched can cause many of the symptoms that I have.  Anxiety, sinus, menstrual issues, acne, and some other fun symptoms I've dealt with for several years.  I've gone to a chiropractor several times, and I am still finding no relief.  My neck and back are constantly sore as well.  I don't know what to do to get this anxiety, and other lovely symptoms under control.

i too have sinus issues and all the knock on effects of coughing (getting inflammation between my ribs), infections exasperate this problem.

i too vacuum and open windows and also i don't make the bed as the sunlight helps kill mites etc.

i have started yoga and i have to say it helps me with my anxiety and back. swimming also helped me. SA

I also find that when my sinuses are bad...my anxiety is higher. I 2 have neck problems. Actually if you excercise lightly, eat bannanas as they have calming properties to them and are rich in vitamins they can benefit you mentrual problems. However i do not know exactly whay those are. Moody?, crabby? eating right may help somewhat. I do suggest you talk with your doctor about more options for any emotional changes with your menstrual cycle..if...you feel it is doing you more harm than good.

Sinuses/allergies...try to keep things in you home clean as best you can, open a window for fresh air...slightly..even if it is winter! It helps me to sleep getting fresh air..just a few more blankets. lol I have recently found that i cannot tolerate eating much peanuts..or even "nuts" in general. For anxiety, watch the coffee, no late sweets, and easy on them during the day, alcohol, and excericise lightly. Let go of stress...ie: adjust what you think you HAVE to do as to what you really NEED to do. Pick you priorities.:)

These are just a few things..and by all means..if your anxiety.."worry" is out of control..i always say i lose control..if i feel i need to control... ask your doctor if there is an help he can provide..or jin a group that helps with anxieties. Start writing down your fears.... and you will start to see you. Stop the what if and ohh ooo's! 2 :)

Best 2 you
