Over Sweating

My hand and foot palm sweats heavily when i am in stress, and some times all over when in stress, can anyone help me, coz this is affecting my work

Sorry it's taken so long for any of us to respond.
When I'm feeling very anxious or in a full blown panic attack, I get the sweaty palms. I really have no idea what my feet are doing............I'm too busy waiting for my heart to stop to worry about my feet! I don't mean to make light of your problem, hon, it's certainly possible that your feet could sweat too. And that "all over" sweaty feeling is nothing new to me.
Perhaps there is someone on this forum who has the same symptoms you do and can offer you a bit more support than I've been able to.
I would suggest that since you feel this is affecting your work, that you should speak to your doctor about this.

Hey, I have been sweating through the palms since I was a kid in any kind of social event where I do not feel comfortable. What I try to think when this happens is just letting go. Let your palms sweat freely and observe the anxious and panic state your in. Obsesing about these kind of things gets to you, and makes the sweating worse. I still havent mastered it really but Its getting better.
