PAXIL AND 5HTP AT THE SAME TIME?

I've just got 5HTP caps, I already take paxil (20 mg daily) I'd like to know if I can take paxil and 5htp at the same time? Is this ok?

No.  This is theoretical, but it could cause serotonin syndrome, and you don't want that.  Besides, the Paxil's a whole lot stronger -- that makes it possibly work better, and also accounts for the side effects, but that's how it is.

So you suggest only take one thing? Paxil then? I was on tramadol for 6 years and then I quit, it leave me some serotonin low levels, after I quit tramadol I started to have high blood pressure issues with severe panic attacks and anxiety.

Any advices???

Sorry, can't go there.  The decision to do medication or a more natural route is for you to decide.  I can't be in your shoes and know just how disrupted your life is or how well the Paxil is doing for you or how well natural medicine would work for you.  What I can tell you is the natural route is much more complicated, and one remedy alone might work but most likely you'd need a combination of things.  What I can do is wish you luck.
