PLEASE HELP

I keep getting extremely bad head rushes when I stand up to quick and sometimes when i just standing/sitting around. Now I know quite a lot about the human body so im almost certain that the former is postural hypotension...Yet ive been doctors twice and they have said my blood pressure is fine. BUT I also know that its bound to be higher in doctors cuz I dont like them or more technically its called "whitecoat hypertension" plus...having normal BP when sitting in a doctors chair does not mean im ok because postural hypotension occurs when changing posture but every doctor is dismissing this...they r not even checking before sitting and after!! just one check while sitting and they havent suggested a tilt table test either. My head rushes are so bad and there is a lingering dizzness/faintness after them that lasts hours and hours. I know that postural hypertension is normal enoug but no everyday and everytime I sit or stand and the lingering dizziness after isnt normal.

Can anyone give me some insight and tell me what to say to the doctors cause they wont listen to me and I cant get angry with them etc.

Im not on medication at all...I dont smoke at all, drink at all, use caffiene. I gave it all up and I have been very pushy at the doctors and they just tell me to calm down and that they have done the nessecary tests. It just stupid...doctors over here are seriously under-qualified.....I sometimes think I know just as much as they do.....All they care about are colds and sprained ankles....

Are you on any medications? Some medications cause this and probably the only thing the doctor would tell you is to get up slowly and be careful. When I was nursing and a patient had orthostatic hypotension, we would tell them if they are lying down to sit on the side of the bed for a few minutes, then stand up slowly. Wait a few minutes before you start walking away. Now, if you are actually passing out and in danger of hurting yourself then something might need to be done.

There are things other than can cause this, such as dehydration or malnutrition or some circulatory problem.

Did you request they check your blood pressure lying, sitting, and standing? You can get a blood pressure monitor and do it yourself. Bring the information to your doctor. Check your blood pressure while lying down. Sit up and wait a few minutes, then check your blood pressure again. Finally, stand up, wait, check. It is possible for you to feel symptoms without a significant change in blood pressure because the body is tightening up those blood vessels to compensate. Do you black out when you stand? Or just get dizzy? To get this taken care of you might have to be a little more aggressive and tell them what you want done. You don't have to be pushy, just ask, "Could you please check my blood pressure after I stand I up?" I'm sure they will.
