PLEASE READ - very bad day

this may be a weird question. a little background first, i am a 22 year old female.. i suffer from anxiety and seem to always find some new symptoms popping up...ive had minor twitching everywhere (eyes, legs, feet, stomache etc.) tingling, no numbness...the usual with anxiety...i went through a rough time at a summer job where I worked with individuals with ms....ever since ive convinced myself that i have every neuro disease under then sun even though i have had a clean brain mri, tons of bloodwork and several "neuro" check ups from my gp who is convinced is simply anxiety...

anyway here is my question...is it normal for your tongue to kind of "quiver" look a little twitchy when you stick it out...i dont really think that its like actual twitching because i probably would not have ever even noticed if i didnt look at it...i have a twin sister and when she showed me her tongue it did the same thing...but mine was a little worse.. so is this normal? when you look at your tongue inside your mouth/out does is stay perfectly still or kind "quiver"/ look a little twitchy?... oh and it looks normal in size and stuff..and its not weak or anything...but i do kind of feel like i have a bit of a lump in my throat...i have NO trouble swallowing and have this a lot before...i think its just nasal drip or something...thats what it feels like

im freaked out again as usual....so your feedback would be veryyyy helpful.

thank you

Your tongue is a muscle. Your having health anxiety it seems. Where you are having anxiety, then you seem to find something you've never examined before... and it freaks you out.

Your tongue is a muscle, muscles can quiver shake etc... especially if you are having anxiety. I just stuck my tongue out for you... and it quivers lol. It's b/c I'm sticking my tongue out... and it's a muscle thats constricting when you do it.

Nothing to worry about! Your just finding something else to scare you... =)

Calm down... deep breath... its just anxiety... it cannot harm you. =)
