PLEASE READ!!!

I would like to share some facts with everyone.  Hopefully, someone will have a reason for why I am doing what I am doing.
1.  First week in June-experienced some heat exhaustion
2.  Had andrenal surges for one month ----five hours after getting too hot.
3.  When I would wake up from a nap or morning sleep, I would have the surges
4.  I have been on Lexapro for 3 years---Cut 10mg pill in half, took 5mg for 1 week--been off of Lexapro for 3 weeks
doctor thought that it was not working for me any longer.
5.  Experienced anxiety and depression everyday
6.  For one weeks I'd wake up with nausea and a sour taste in my month, I don't do this anymore
6.  Been to the doctor several times---he performed many test (24 heart monitor, hormone test and etc) everything fine
7.  Last Monday I had a 3 hour glucose test done--it shows that I am borderline diabetic.  I had blood work done in April--sugar level was 88.
I now wake up feeling bad. I feel like my blood is on fire.  I am sooooo tired.   By night I feel better.
My question is:  can the andrenal problem cause me to become bl diabetic?  Am I still experiencing wd from Lexapro.  AND, what can I do to feel better.   I need some relief.

was your fasting blood sugar leval 88 ? i've never had a 3 hour glucose test done before, but i've had many fasting blood tests. i thought anything over 100 when fasting would indicate a problem. mines always under 100. are there different numbers for the glucose test? take care. remar

I noticed  that no-one has answered your thread and I know how frustrating it is when you want SOMEONE to let you know they care!  I cannot answer most of your questions, except the "what can I do to feel better?"

Adrenal surges really freak you out, I have suffered from them too, you feel the red hot pain to the tips of your fingers, dizzy, head pounding, eyes swimming, heart beating fast and so on.... there are a few things that helped me from advice in this forum:
1. don't fight it, let it wash over you, it won't kill you.
2. find something calming, like calm music to listen to in order to avoid the silence and lonely feeling
3. sip herbal teas
4. take magnesium citrate supplements
5. tell yourself "I am going to get better, I am a good person and I deserve to feel good"
6. find something to look forward to
7. hardest thing of all, break the vicious cycle and look to do some kind of activity, sport, reading, biking, having coffee with friend etc

Sorry for rambling but I wanted to keep this thread alive for you.
